07 Tahoe No RSE

All,

I had a question about my Tahoe. I have the factory nav with no rse and I was wondering if I could play dvd's in it or do I need to take it out and put the system for the factory rse in? Also would it be a direct swap or would things need to be reprogrammed?

Without RSE I dont believe you have a DVD player. It wont let you watch it anyway without Lockpick installation.
