07 Tahoe Low 4wd Stuck

I'm an automobile neophyte who has little car knowledge. My 2007 Tahoe somehow is stuck in 4wd low and the stabilizer light is on. I must have hit the 4wd knob with my leg, but it won't go backminto anything else. Any ideas?

Shift your tranny to N. Then turn the knob. Also your stability light is normal, that is de activated when in 4lo, also dont drive above 25mph while in low.

EDIT-- Dont shift out of N until the light stops blinking.

:iagree: Also if it was me I would try to get it into 4 high first, then 2 high, but probably not necessary.

I was shocked yesterday as I got into my Tahoe and it was stuck in 4 lo and would not 'get out'. I babe'd it home and immediately went on line to look for an answer. the only posted that appeared was from this forum. AND it worked! So had to go back on line to Thank ROLLIN THUNDER for information! Thought I may as well sign up, should I run into problems again. it's the only issue I've ever had with my 07.
