07 Tahoe Center Console

I have a 07 Tahoe. My front center console also flips up and becomes a middle seat. Is it possible to only replace the actual console part? The leather around the up holder part has cracked and opened up or do I have to replace the entire seat as well??

hopefully someone will jump in and help you out. my 07 has a large compartment there with a leather cover, never seen the seat before.
