Has anyone done or scene a 2007 Denali with the 2007 Escalade vents in the fender......Because I'm doing it with in the next week or 2. I already have the vents and the body shop; I just have to find time to bring it in :clapping: CANT WAIT!

Not yet, but PLEASE so share pix and info when it's done. That is definitely one of the things I want to do to my Denali. Where did you get the vents / how much were they? What is the body shop charging?

Oh yeah, and don't forget the pix! :smilielol:

I got the vents off eBay for $120.

I just took my Denali over to the body shop who quoted me over the phone at $250 for installation and they turned the job down  They said judging by the vents the cut would have to be almost exact and they didnt want to be liable for my fender ending up warped looking if there wasnt enough support for the cut so I'm on the hunt for a new installer. Anyone know a good one in Houston?

They're the same panels that are on the Escalade, correct? Those seem to support it no problem.

I dont know if there the same panels or not. Once he said he wouldnt do it he called his parts guy and asked if I could put escalade fenders on as a direct replacement and they didnt know yet. Something about the 07 interchangeable parts manual doesnt come out unitl next month. WHATEVER! JUST CUT A WHOLE IN MY TRUCK!

I thought I'd post an update. I found a shop willing and excited to take on the challenege. Its a custom & restoration shop mostly dealing with classic's. I talked to the owner and his crew for about 45 minutes throwing around ideas. I left the vents at his shop while him and his team make templates and do practice runs on wood to show me fitment and what not. I'm still kind of nervous letting someone cut into the fenders of my new truck but they seemed like they new what they were talking about but I'll pull the plug if I dont like what they have come up with.......total cost for prep & installation $400. If I go through with it I'll post pics soon!
