03 z71 Tahoe, second row not heating

So I have a 2003 z71 Tahoe with climate controls in second row seating. The front climate controls work perfectly fine, whether they need to be turned up to 90 or 60, but the ones in the second row only blow cold air. I could turn it up all the way to 90 and it will still blow cold air (whether it be on the dash or on the controls in the second row). Has anyone else ever experienced a similar problem? Any suggestions? I'm open to any advice.

If you do a search you will likely find several posts here about actuators causing this problem. Lots to read about that.
