03 Z71, A/C cold and heat same time!

Hello all. we just got this and love it.
Our only question is the A/C; the passenger side of the dash is on full heat while the driver side and rear A/C is cool.
The knobs on the dash move the 'bars' up and down so we think they work. Is this a 'door' in the air handler issue? can it be accessed from behind the glovebox?

Oops, I forgot this; if there are any searches on this topic, i didn't see them, please post them and I can review them also.

answer to your problem

Climate control has to be reset. Go to Edmunds.com forums and register. Then search your problem which is listed. Disc on battery is no good. Procedure is listed several times. Most times it works on several models. Taking out fuses for climate control is the answer. Try this link for a start.
