slow

Hi, I have a 2001 Tahoe and both front power windows go up at a crawl. The passenger side has a newer motor and a brand new regulator and still goes slowly. I have heard using silicone spray, any other suggestions to help smooth this process? The speed does not bother me but I would prefer...

I noticed my windows just don't roll up as fast as they used to. It's at the point where the drivers side seems like it's barely gonna make it. Is there some maintenance I can do? Would lubing the drive track help?
