rough country 3.5 lift

i have a 2009 z71 and have been lookin at rough country 3.5" lift. have read mixed reviews but mostly good things and the majority has been on the 1500 pick ups. Was wandering if anybody with a tahoe has purched this lift and with this will i be able to fit a 35" tire?
