paint

I have an 02 Tahoe and I painted my grille and trim black (from Chrome) using some trim and bumper paint I bought at AutoZone but it keeps peeling off and chipping especially when it rains. Does anybody know the best paint for me to use?

does anybody know where i can get stock bumpers that can be painted/or are already painted?? I have a black tahoe and want the bumpers to match the black color and get rid of the chrome. thanks for the help!
