led taillights/ headlight

I am looking at upgrading the taillights on my 2013 Tahoe and was wondering if anyone out there had advice on what to stay away from and what is the best bang for the $?. I would also like to replace the headlights and looking for some info on these as well. There seems to be So many out there...
