Thanks! After reading other post on this forum, I am afraid the problem is with the instrument cluster. As the pressure gage shows Max 80+ when ever the the key powers up the system, engine running or not.

I have an '03 with 152K on it. Right now my Oil Pressure shows pegged at 80psi whether the engine is running or not with the key on. The display part of the dash went out about 25K miles ago. I had it fixed for about $350. I figured it was my sensor, so I bought a new one. So far hving trouble...

What part of the engine are we looking at in this picture? Is it the upper rear?
