I found a black tube with a long fuse inside of it (maybe 4 inches long) wrapped in plastic. I assume it's a fuse - could be a spare lightbulb of some kind but not sure. It's not like any normal fuse in the fuse box and seems small for a bulb. There nothing else in my gargage that this could...
