my 99 tahoe limited doesn't want to start when it's cold. it just keeps turning over but never fires. after a few rounds of this it starts but is kind of rough. any ideas?
I finally fixed the problem. It was the blower motor resistor pack. It is located behind the glove box on the blower motor. There is a relay on top of the blower motor and the resistor back is under it. Just unplug it and take out a few screws. The part was $16.20 at Auto Tire Parts/NAPA and...
The switch only works in the high position. I've replaced the switch and still have the same problem. Another member suggested it might be a resistor. Any ideas? Where is the resistor?
