Which programmers allow you to change the idle of my vehicle? Whats the cheapest way to do this? Can a dealer just increase the idle rpm's?- davdoc0011

2004 Tahoe Rpm Idle Increase????
How can i adjust the idle on my 2004 tahoe? It idles at like 500 rpms and i would like to bump up to 600 or 700!! Please help me- davdoc0011
