I have a 1998 tahoe with 175,000 miles on it but alot of the front end suspension has been replaced recently as far as pitman and idler arms and tie rods and it likes to sway a bit. Taking turns on offramps you really have to slow down compared to a car and it doesnt feel like it would be...
Bumping this back to life..
My '98 tahoe has 131k on the original motor and trans..For those of you that have over 150k can you state if and what major components you've had to replace so far, Thanks.
Who has a '98 or close to year tahoe and how many miles do you have or have you gotten out of your truck before something major happened?...I currently have 130k and it still runs strong, hoping it will run for quite some time still.
I thought i was going to have to make a post about this and people would be like wth is he talking about lol. I'm pulling a race car trailer behind my truck and it gets to be a pita when the steering gets crazy. Thanks for posting the fix for this and i'll keep you guys posted how the results go.
