I just bought a 99 tahoe 4dr LT 4wd, wll my back seat won't fold down, I have looked at them, and there appears to be a cable that runs from the the bottom of the seats to the the back of the seat to disengage the lock that hold the back seat up. Both sides the cable is broke off the the bottoms...
