Thanks for the input, but this still doesn't answer my original question. I still would like to know how to get the aux batt platform out without breaking it.

The back washer works fine, and the front wipers work, although they sometimes have a mind of their own on intermitent settings. Anyway, I can't hear the pump when the switch is on. It may be a connection, but I can't get to it to find out. It's cold here Toooooo. Thanks guys.

There are not any other connectors visable from the engine compartment...as far as I can see.....???? Other than the ones I already removed/disconnected. Thanks!
