Ok so the mystery has been solved
....the aftermarket tps I replaced before I replaced the iac valve seems to either be the wrong one or junk part.I decided to put the original tps back in and all my problems went away....no more high idle...smoother shifts and no more shifting in and out of...
I pulled the connector apart and spread open the prongs a little to much sure I had a good connection and it seems to be working so far
