rclc Have 165k on my 01, still runs well but now need to do some supension changes like pitman arm and shocks.

Drive a 2001 Tahoe LT with 164K. Is a tremendous ride for my needs. I'm a outdoors person so skiing, fishing, and on occasion towing this has been a winner. Since I'm 72 this will carry my ashes, so it has to get at least 425K. I'm looking for info about shocks. More highway than off road...
