2000 chevy HOE 5.3
Ok lets see i noticed my Low Coolant light coming on everytime i was on sometype of hill or angle, so checked and refilled..
Now its on again and there seems to be a weird noise coming from the passenger side under glove box like (heater core) area, everytime i leave...
hahaha yea your right it is funny cause im not talking about PISTON SLAP..
This is more like your running bad gas type PING, only when first ignited.....thanks anyways..
Yea i can see this but when its cold is when its dry and should make that noise? it only does it when the car is warmed up and turned off then back on..
i was affriad of this.. So is there anyway to see what the timing is set at? and what stock should be?
Now i feel better got a few...
im so glad this isnt life threating.. NO HELP what so ever??:confused2:
I thought maybe a hint in the right direction or something.. THANKS FELLOW HOA!!!
OK i have a 2000 Tahoe with about 95000, bought it used but since i purchased it i always noticed that when the truck is warmed up and say i run into the market come back out start her up she gives me a little knock ( like pinging ) but only when it first kicks over then its fine.. When it cools...
thats really wierd.. I first i thought there was somthing wrong like i got ripped off!! .. I have the 00 with the newer body style and its an LT with all the bells and whistles...
2000 tahoe .....Well i got my oil changed and i went to reset the oil light ( turn key on dont start and hit gas pedal 3 times) well after about the 50th try i decided to look to see if i was getting full throttle, cable looked fine and all looked good. So i looked at a 2001 tahoe HOLY COW...
ok Next question, Acceleration is there a difference between the 2? Ive driven both 01 HOE and it seems the 2wd accels way faster allthough it could be in my head...
Ok is there a difference besides the the norm? like i drive both and it seems the 2wd accelarates alot faster then the 4wd? i think thats the main concern everything else should be the same right?
