2007 Tahoe LT bought new and now has 168,000 miles. Only complaint is warped rotors. Otherwise, no issues at all. Had to replace camshaft sensor, but see that as a maintenance issue. Oh, and DIY spark plug replacement nasty for only the plug nearest firewall on passenger side.
My 2007 Tahoe was having a hard time starting. Would crank and crank and not start on the first try, but almost always started on the second try, but would have to crank a bit too. Code reader showed Camshaft Sensor problem. Replaced that and it fixed the problem.
My personal Tahoe and my company Tahoe, as well as my friend's Tahoe ALL have warped rotor problems. This is definitely a design flaw by GM. I haven't tried a beefier aftermarket set, but next time I will.
