I don't understand, shouldn't they warm what i put in they should warm?

Greetings from a snowy and cold Sweden :-) I have the pleasure to be owner of a Chevy Tahoe 2007 and im very satisfied with it. One thing though, when I turn the back row heating on, just as little as 62F it gets extremely hot. Anyone know how to fix this?
