I just ordered some 22's and wanted to dress my hoe up. My question is...I hate the chrome grille, front and rear bumper. Can these be painted (to match the vehicle) and if so, what is required in doing it?

I have a 2001 hoe and just ordered some 22" wheels, so I'd like to dress it up some. My questions is I do not like the chrome grille and front and rear bumpers... Can these be painted (to match the vehicle) and if so what is required to do it?
