So do you know of a cold air intake that will do that? All that I see are about the same. K&N Air Raid etc What programer does your buddy have?

I have a 2010 with 5.3, I had an 05 as well. The 05 had a huge air induction system that the cold air intake replaced and it was certainly worth it. So I look under the hood of my 2010 and the air intake is designed more like the K&N cold air intake. Obviously doesn't have same filter. Just...
