    94 blazer tahoe wont start-suspect fuel problems

    My daughter bought a 94 Chevy Blazer, Tahoe edition. It has a 4.3L vortec engine. I have checked all the fuses and the TPS. The fuel pump does not kick on. I believe this to be either the fuel pump or the relay but, I do not know where the relay is and, I do not want to pull the pump prematurely...
