What are some of the features on the hybird you dont like or have a hard time warming up to?

I have a 02 Tahoe and want to change the stock tire size to something a little larger without being too big. What can I put on the Tahoe and still stay with a 16" wheel? Do not want a lift kit just a wheel that will fit the wheel well better and have more bite.
