    Fluctuating oil pressure gauge?

    I recently bought a 2008 Yukon Denali 6.2L and have noticed that the oil pressure needle moves from about half way at idle, to 3/4 or more during normal acceleration. I was wondering if this was normal for the 6.2L pressure gauge? I have owned Chevy/GMC, Dodge, and Ford trucks over the years...
