Whew, troubleshooting electrical problems is no fun task. Only advice I can offer is follow the harness from the fuse box to each component of the system and check each point using a multimeter. You may find more corrosion somewhere, or possibly a bad connection... Good luck. Hopefully...

That's proper psi on the 17" wheels with probably 235/75s. Check with the shop you got the tire/wheel package from. They should be able to look it up. Chances are it's going to be near what the max rating is on the sidewall. Also, remember when they tell you the psi, it's COLD. As in...

Interesting. I don't have that setting on my '01 hoe. I have Auto, Parking, On and the switch for the cabin lights on/off when the door is opened.

Push the interior cabin light switch in and out 4 times. It's located right underneath the switch for the headlights. It puts the light into manual mode.

Gotcha. Grabbed two cans of it at NAPA for $7.99 each. Also grabbed a 1' section of 3/8 vacuum hose - I assume that's the size of the brake booster vac line? Now... where's it located, and how do you get 1/3 of it into the intake like that? :) I've read multiple warnings about not dipping...
