I am also looking to do the same thing this year. My 02 kon still has the stock shocks, 50,000 miles but I would like a better ride. On my 94 kon I put on the Edelbrock IAS shocks about 2yrs ago, they made the ride more responsive, less body roll. I like them. The IAS's would be my 1st choice...
the only problem I've had related to yours is mine wouldn't turn off. I could not do anything. I eventually pull the fuse and when i had the time, I unplugged the battery terminal. After I just re-installed the fuse, reattached the battery terminal, started the Kon and it has worked like new...
