Hey man, Have you checked the fuses? I know its pretty simple but that is all that was wrong with mine. Also I know when its cold out it tends to take longer for it to engage since the actuator plunger is all vacuum. Hope this helps keep us posted.

I would try and pin point where it is leaking from. In my experience if it is leaking from the rear of the engine it might be a freeze plug. I have also heard that 350's are know to blow intake gaskets as well. But if you had the head gasket replaced that should of been done too. The heater...

Hey fellas, I have a 97 tahoe with 6" dick cepek sl and 3" body lift and am tired of all the crap that comes with the IFS. Im wondering if anyone out there has done a strait axel swap or had any advice. Like is it better to just buy the whole deal after market or just peice it together myself...
