I'll take a stab at it, control module. I had a similar problem, the only difference was my door locks would lock and unlock and lites would flicker along with the pulsating ABS. I had the control module replaced under warranty.

A had wired connection is always better than a radio transmitter which is vulnerable to interference.

I think the GMT 900 series are about as good looking as this truck can get and it will never be embarrassing to be seen in, unless you don't take care of it and beat the crap out of it.

Congrats! you picked (in my opinion) the best SUV hands down. These trucks are built like tanks and very reliable, that is one reason you see so many on the road.

I must say I don't take a lot of long road trips, but the short road trips I have taken to San Diego or Disney land, the trip is an absolute joy, the seats are comfortable and you never get tired.
