I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and for the life of me can't figure out how to remove the ash tray door (not the insert, but the whole "cup" itself). I can "unhook" it so it will drop down, but can't figure out how to get the connectors pins out. They look like a screw head, but instead of a phillips...
