I have a 2000 (late model) Tahoe, 5.3L 4x4. I am looking for a pin out on the PCM that will change condition at low speed... 25-30 mph and up, to power a relay. This is to stop my electric fans at that speed and above. Anyone?

Cleaning up the garage after installing intake manifold gaskets on my 2000 Tahoe 5.3L, I found a second insulation piece under the truck. I installed the one under the front when reassembling, I seem to have omitted the one that goes in the rear. Is this important at all? I have done...
