the plug is still stuck in the motor and i dont have the time and tools to take head off and pull the plug and fix threads. any other options for me

i have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and i am doing a tune up. the spark plug in the back has little to no room to work on and the plug is stripped out i believe. it keeps turning in the block and will not tighten or loosen. any thoughts on how to fix this with out sinking to much money into this project...
