I have seen that description of removal, can't figure out what the locking pliers and soft hammer have to do with this. I have tried banging out the pins on the doors I just got, but they will not budge. there does not seem to be any clips holding the botton of the pins in but maybe I am missing...

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to replace doors, I have a lot of rust on bottom of doors and got hold of 2 used ones in good shape. If pins turn out to be the best are there any special tool to get them out or are taking out the bolts on the body side easier? Thanks
