The power folding mirrors will fold both driver and passenger sides when used. Now if you want to purchase just a passenger side power mirror, I suppose that could be possible with the switch just controlling that one mirror. Look into the cost of a power passenger side mirror and the control...
SummitHoe, we're your pictures taken in the rain!? I still need to share my new Tahoe I purchased a few months ago as well. I'll wash it this week and take some pictures to share in this thread.
I did not know that I could change the filter without losing my oil. Thanks for telling me. I have 1 extra quart left since I only added 5 during the change knowing the filter would still have oil in it.
Today I made my first oil change on my Tahoe. I purchased it back in early September, but only put 2,500 miles on it since today. I bought oil and filter for the change. After draining the oil, I realized none of my oil wrenches would fit the factory original filter. I couldn't start the truck...
Quick question. Did you add the 20's to it, or did it come that way from the previous owner? Looks great hooked up to your boat too. Hope to take our boat out soon!
Very nice Tahoe! I bought mine just last week, so maybe I'll share some pics too. I agree, ditch the Dealer badge. I am glad here in California I have never seen a dealer do that, just out of state. I popped off the dealer plate frame ASAP and put on a nice "TAHOE" frame instead. Those 20"...
Thanks for the replies guys! I wasn't sure. On my Camaro, you can have them on or off anytime the headlights come on. I thought the Tahoe was the same.
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what? Do the fog lights not stay on when the lights come on after you've turned off your vehicle and then restart it later? I will start my car at night, headlights come on and i press the fog light button to turn the fogs on. After i've parked it...
Looks like people have been getting some good prices with this current employee discount. I just bought my Tahoe yesterday. It's a LT3 model with every option but NAV. After employee pricing and the 5K off, I walked out paying $37,999. I also got an additional $500 off because I knew the guy...
By the sounds of it, not until this fall. :( I'm even reconsidering it now with these gas prices and economy. Guess I'll wait a little longer and see how the cards unfold.
I wouldn't be surprised if they gave u 6K off on one whether or not u own a 99+ GM vehicle, just to move some units off their lot. These vehicles are not in demand right now, and within a fair price, the buyer can pretty much name their price.
According to that guide, it looks like the 6-speed tranny only comes with the 4WD. Hmmm, I was hoping to get it with the 2WD. Do you guys think I could get it if I ordered the vehicle?
