How old is your truck? Have you had the dealer to a calibration check on the HVAC actuators and doors? I did mine a few months ago on my 07 (very high mileage) and they were all out of whack. I was having issues with mine heating correctly and mixing the temps. I think it took me about 10...

My 07 has 213000 on it. All original, only real issue now is my exhaust manifolds are leaking at startup (usual, common studs are broken too).
