I've been researching Tahoes quite a bit. This is a common problem. I've heard that a dealer will replace the dash at a cost between 100 and 500.00 If GM gives them the part. A class action lawsuit has been filed in Oklahoma I think. I haven't seen a thread or instructions for repair yet...
