I would take it by a auto parts store and have the battery checked. It have a short in it. My 2004 Tahoe did this same thing and that was my problem.

I'm get hot air from the driver side vent when the auto climate control is set at 60f. I have removed the actuator on the passager side and it is working fine. I have replaced it in the past to fix this problem. This time is different b/c when I move the blend door manually i still get hot air...
