Default Electric brake port

I (my Wife)has an 02 with tow pkg.at the rear of the hoe is a 7 pin connector located next to the class V hitch, it's conneted to the wire harnes which heads towards the front of the truck but I can't find the plug that my electric brake controller plugs into, there's normally a plug port under the dash but I can't seem to find it.
In my truck (Dodge Dakota)I also have the tow pkg and there is a mounted port under my dash near the parking brake which makes it a plug & play.

Any help would be great.

It should be in the relay block, located by the parking brake.

Thank's for taking the time to take & post pic's,I thought that was it but I figured there would be a "clean plastic jack"

I have to order a wire harness for the brake controler and hard wire it in.

Thank's for the advice.

I have a 2000 Tahoe, and every post I see has a pic of the panel as in this post. However, my Tahoe seems to have a completely different block that looks nothing like the one above. How is that possible? I've been told they haven't changed 99' to 06 and that all Tahoe vehicles have that block with the plug for the brake controller. I don't get it as to why mine seems to be unique. I can take a pic under my dash and post. But thought someone on here may know why mine appears to be different and what options I have to connect my brake controller....

Thanks in advance for any help.

Jeff
