Default Running 1/0 gauge power wire

OK how would you guys suggest running 1/0 gauge power wire from the front to back of a 08 Tahoe. It definitely doesn't seem like the side floor panels are deep enough, which is what I usually do.

Also does anyone know of a basic wiring harness for head units that doesn't come with the "door chime speaker"?

Looking at the date I'm guessing you figured this out, but just in case...

If you have BOSE no luck on a basic harness. If you have a base radio you could maybe use the chevy aveo harness (Metra 70-2105) and then find RAP at the BCM or connection center in front of that.

For running large wire you can come in through the grommet under the passenger carpet but that's an aggressive bend and then you have to navigate the door jambs. You could run it along the frame rail in some high quality loom and come up at the cargo area, that's what I might do on mine.
