not to beat a dead dog or anything............ but my power steering pump made a noise, maybe something like your cranking noise. also it only happened during the winter.
Does anyone have info on the difference of these volants intakes
Part number 15153
Part number 15053
Why cant you interchange the two.......They both use the same filters and fit 6.0 gm engines. what makes them different.....
I have heard the power steering pump make a funny noise on start up just for a few seconds then it would stop. Replaced pump and no noise. Just a thought.
I am keeping track of another post on a different forum to see if anyone has any experience with those. If you read into some of the warranty info. they seem to state (from my understanding with a quick pass over) if it doesnt do what is says it will, or you are unhappry with it they will buy it...
outlaw intakes used a closed box like volant, but I think they are no longer manufacturing them. Have you heard anything about this intake?http://www.vararam.com/tri-power/tri-power.html

I have a white yukon denali with the the chrome handles. I think it made alot of difference in the look IMO. Did you look at grippin billet handles? Bit more expensive, but they are aluminum then chromed. Opposed to the stock ones which seem to be chromed plastic. If you just want oem and want...
I have some ultra wheels on my little 95 model work/dog carrier truck and I have not had any problems from them. The only thing I wish is that I could have found the same wheels in a chrome plate. Mine are polished aluminum and they are a pain to clean. I have had mine for........about 6 years...
you can switch back and forth by pressing that button. I have found that option helpful when the family goes to the drive-in movie, when we leave I turn off the lights so I don't disturb anyone.
no aftermarket alarm. the lights stay on all the, time they just seems to lose some of there brightness real quick back and forth. could the battry be getting weak?
Has anyone ever had any issues with the lights (interior/exterior) flickering? Someone told me once it was just as simple as a change in the connector to the alternator.
