I always try the cheapest fix first. I have seen many fuel pumps pass a pressure test and still not FLOW enough fuel to the injectors. Change the fuel filter first. Clean the IAC seat in the throttle body and the IAC itself. Try cleaning the MAF next. Hope this helps.
Around the circle first. The small hole at the bottom is a weep hole for condensation. An oily residue coming from this hole could indicate an internal seal leak which would require a rebuild/replace. I sealed both when I did it, with no problems.
