I just got the speakers finally, I'm gonna take some pictures of the process incase anybody wants to see a how NOT to put in speakers, I'll be back before they're done, no doubt.
I would have painted the American Racing wheels black. I happen to like them, makes the truck look a little tougher. Nice looking rig though, the fender flares look good.
I have an '02 Tahoe with 4wd in ct. Go with one that has 4wd, it's not like there's any shortage of them in New England. It's better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it.
I don't think that its gonna make your car sound like a 67 vette. It sounds great on the high horsepower carburated, non-emissions vehicles. If youre looking for that kind of set up I would have to say a glasspack or two would be your best bet.

I'm planning on putting some new speakers in the front sometime this week. Is it really as easy as you describe? All I have to do is pry the door panel off, and then use a screwdriver? There's no drilling or any extra parts I need?
ebay has all that kind of stuff. I know that theres a vinyl sticker that can be put over the 3rd brake light so when its on, it says tahoe. The big bowtie stickers look kind of cool covering the rear window. Other than that, I don't really know where stickers like youre talking about would...
i agree with tahoegoboom. maybe paint the lip red? otherwise it looks sweet and im sure much better than it was before. I like the yukon emblem on the back too.
a small lift and bigger tires will add a good amount of weight which will help with stability. Upgraded gears will give you the acceleration you need on the highway. Lockers will also help too. I don't know if this would help but maybe some welded on cross members to the hitch. Throw on some...
