I have an '07 Yukon XL. It has vizualogic A-1150 DVD headrest monitors for viewing in the 2nd row.
I need to get something for viewing in the 3rd row. Anybody installed headrest monitors in the 2nd row seats? I have 2nd row 60/40 bench seats. Do you have to disconnect the cables when...
I bought my '07 Yukon XL this summer with 14k miles on it. My XL has the Bose sound system, but did not have the leather seating. We thought about installing leather (like a Katzkin kit), but have gotten used to the cloth. And its holding up well after we scotchgarded it. I never did figure...
Try lowering your tire pressure down to 30-31, cold. Remember that the tire pressure increases as you drive and the tire temperature rises. It doesn't cost anything to lower the tire pressure.
One problem with using the old tpms sensors is getting them out without breaking one. They have to be real careful. The shop that installed my 22s broke one of mine removing the tire. So they hooked me up with 4 new sensors at no additional charge.
I hear ya. My comments about the tire/wheel sizing were mainly directly at your early comments about the tires rubbing the fender wheel.
The problem about the ride quality issue is that it very subjective. Check your tire pressure cold. Mine are at 30psi cold. My ride quality is close...
Are you out of line? Well, yes and no. First off, you should have informed yourself more about tire and rims sizes before purchasing. Especially since you went with larger aftermarket wheels. Heck, some of the posters here asked you a couple of times for the specs of the wheels and tires in...
My wheels are a +30 offset. My vehicle is an '07 Yukon XL. If you have 305s with +35 offset wheels, I can see why you might be rubbing more. Like I said. Mine barely rub. More like a scuff and only in certain situations. I can barely hear it. Not enough for me to change. So if your wheel...
What are the offsets of the wheels? I've got 305/45/22 tires and there is no vibration. There is very slight rub when the wheel is turned to full lock and when the shock is compressing at the same time. Otherwise, no rub at all. Normal parking and such does not cause any rubbing. Your issue...
Yeah, it all depends on numerous factors. One thing people should keep in mind is that KBB is not the bible of car pricing. Its nothing more than an estimate. And many times its dated information. A car's value is what someone is willing to pay for it. Period. You may want more. But if...
Depends. Depends on the vehicle. Depends on the dealership you try to trade in. Depends on the Carmax location.
I took my '06 Mitsubishi Montero to a local Chevy dealership when I was lookin' at a Suburban earlier this summer. They told me to take it to the Carmax down the street. They...
To add to that...You have to go through the learn sequence after each time that you rotate the tires as well. The computer identifies a specific sensor with a specific position. If you change the position, then you have to make the computer relearn the position for each sensor.
Otherwise...
That's the "tool" that I was refering too. Bad choice of words, I guess. Sometimes the learn procedure in the manual will not work with new sensors. Could just be with certain aftermarket ones, I don't know. But that scanner will get them to work.
