Random misfire code was solved: #2 intake valve spring was broke. Miss & P0300 code went away when replaced. Still no clue as to why PCM will not signal fuel pump relay to activate. With the PCM connector off, and 12V applied to pin 9 of its connector, the relay is activated & the pump runs...
