07 high miles

I got a question. Couldn't find this question in the search tool. But I am looking to purchase a 07 Z71 Tahoe. It has 100k on it, but it looks like it was maintenance well from what I see. They want 20k for it, but I am not gonna pay their full asking price. I really like this truck, always wanted a Z71, but never pay the hefty price tag. I plan on keeping it, until I rock it to nonexistence. Might even pass it down to my children (if gas don't cost $10 by then). But it has a navigation system and everything else. I don't do stuff like this, but you cant find used z71 around here for a good reasonable price. Do yall think this is a good fit for the price?
