Driver Side Mirror, hard time adjusting

My driverside power mirror, has a hard time moving. Left and right movements only move until it reaches a specific point then won't move anymore. Its like it is trying to move but skipping teeth on a gear.

I also notice that the glass is real loose and easy to move around by hand, unlike the passenger side mirror. Are there any adjustments, maybe its really loose, needs a tightening. How would I get to the adjustments if they exist?

Unfortunately stripped gears inside the mirror is exactly your issue. Once they get to that point there isn't much you can do for them. The glass part of the mirror CAN be removed for inspection if you are careful but I am doubting there is anything you can do to salvage the guts of the mirror.
