Didn't know a Dodge Neon had 6 lugs. lol Easiest way to check is to measure the lugs, and backspacing. Do a search online to get the specs on how to do it.

yep, the bolt pattern should be "6 on 5.5inch". or in laymen's terms, 6 lugs on 5.5 inch center. The way to measure this is to measure from the center of one lug to the center of the lug hole on the opposite side of the rim. It should measure 5.5 inches from one to the other, if it doesn't, then it will not fit.

They will fit on your truck. A friend of mine has them on his 2000 silverado they are a good lookin wheel.

they are a factory wheel. they were discontinued long time ago. they are super hard to find. they are polished from the factory. the chrome ones are not factory.
