What is this part? Cause it's leaking badly (pic2 included)

Pics are laying under Hoe,looking up. Part has 2 bolts and right above oil filter.
Would really like to know what this is,so I can get a gasket for it,as it's leaking like mad.
Hoe is 2000 5.3 Vortex.

Figured the part out,but not understanding it's purpose.
It's called an "Oil Pan Cover". Figure that one out.

Just make one. get some gasket material at your local auto parts store. Take the part off trace it mark the bolt holes and cut it out use some spray adhesive to keep it lined up and put it back on.
